A salvage crucial neglected to discover four French residents who have been absent since their plane smashed close to the Caribbean island of Dominica on Sunday, neighbourhood specialists said on Tuesday.
“After more than 40 hours of search in troublesome climate conditions, there is lamentably no more would like to discover survivors”, the prefecture for Guadeloupe, to which the four were voyaging, said in an announcement.
“Notwithstanding significant measures, the hunt group have just discovered a portion of the travelers’ close to home things and parts of a plane”, the prefecture’s announcement said.
The little plane conveying the four French nationals, including a 16-year-old, collided with the ocean on Sunday around 7 pm CET, “not long after taking off at the Charles Douglas air terminal in Dominica”, the prefecture said in a public statement.
A 40-year-elderly person, a 55-year-old couple and their 15-year-old child were on board the airplane, the prefecture included. All are French residents, it said.
