Demand of luxurious mansions at Wentworth Estate increases, price to get double by 2025

Celebrities understand what it’s like to live in the lap of luxury. Most of your favourite stars drive expensive cars, wear designer clothing, and have millions of Instagram followers. When it comes to real estate, it’s almost certain that these celebrities own sprawling, multi-million dollar mansions. The Wentworth Estate also known as the Beverly Hills of the UK is a private estate of large houses set in about 7 square kilometres woodland, in Runnymede, Surrey. A number of the highest tax payers of the country reside at this resplendent location.

 

Some of the magnificent contemporary homes in Wentworth Estate are on the market for a staggering £20 million respectively.

The massive mansions are built in five acres of private woodland each. These magnificent properties are just a few metres away from the renowned Wentworth Golf Club situated near Virginia Water, Surrey, on the south-western fringes of London, not far from Windsor Castle.

 

Price of these ultra-luxurious properties are soaring as these mansions are becoming immensely high in demand due to its location and other world class, five star amenities. As per reports, by the end of 2024 and the beginning of 2025 the prices of these mansions will be double the current price, considering the high demand. High Networth Individuals (HNWI’s) from Russia, China and Middle East are either looking for homes in the estate or already own these luxurious mansions.

The estate offers different types of mansions that can include but are not limited to beautiful eight bedrooms, ten reception rooms that are brimming with high-end features such as Spanish limestone flooring and hand woven carpets.

The homes also have a library, fitness centre with pool, sauna and steam room, all on par with those found at a five-star spa. Not only that, these properties are filled with entertainment-related comforts, offering world-class cinema’s, a billiard room and a 1,500sq ft party room, which is equipped with open subwoofers and high-level audio speakers.

Besides this, on the outside, there is a 2,200 sq ft garage for a fleet of cars. The properties are unlike anything people have seen on Wentworth before. The ultra-luxurious properties are located at a great place in terms of good schools and are also available for international buyers, with Heathrow and London being so near.

 

Famous players like Rory McIlroy and Colin Montgomerie play their games every year at the famous Wentworth Golf Club that is just a stone’s throw from the estate.

Celebrities like TV star Bruce Forsyth, F1 supremo Eddie Jordan, singer Gary Numan, and golfer Ernie El reside in the ultra-luxurious estate. While former residents also include Sir Elton John and Sir Cliff Richard, who used to live in the vicinity.

For those who aren’t satisfied with that level of celebrity seeing, the owners of these extraordinarily extravagant mansions may expect to see celebrities such as One Direction’s Niall Horan and TV personalities Ant and Dec.
