The touring party, which traveled to England in Sri Lanka, has passed the coronavirus test on Monday after a positive result from all-rounder Moin Ali.
All players and staff had a lateral flow test and PCR based in England at Hambantota.
England can begin restricted training on Wednesday, and the visiting party will undergo a third test on Thursday.
Moin tested positive upon arriving in Sri Lanka and is parting for 10 days at the team hotel in Hambantota.
The construction of the original residence to move to Galilee was at the site and, according to the protocol, alternative options were not up to standard. He returned on Tuesday evening and is now living in a separate wing from the England team.
Fellow all-rounder Chris Woakes was deemed as a potential close liaison who shared the car for the airport with Moin in the UK. He tested negative but will continue to be isolated in his room.
Meanwhile, it has been learned that Sri Lanka, who lost their second Test against South Africa in Johannesburg on Tuesday, will not meet a 10-day quarantine period when they return to the nation.
They would eventually fly back on a chartered flight and, as they are transferred from one bio-safe bubble to another, a quarantine period has been considered unnecessary.
He is expected to be given a PCR test before playing in a two-Test series that begins in Galle on 14 January.
