“This campaign is intended for target audiences different from those who access the usual communication and sales channels [via the SBB site or app], with a view to acquiring new customers,” Abbet told Swiss media.
This approach aligns with Swiss transport operators’ goals of broadening their customer base by reaching individuals who may not typically consider purchasing a Half-Fare card.
