The French champions wasted no time asserting control, with Khvicha Kvaratskhelia opening the scoring just six minutes into the match. Capitalizing on hesitant defending from Mamadou Sarr, Kvaratskhelia pounced on a loose ball and fired a low left-footed strike into the net, immediately putting Chelsea on the back foot.
