Armenia and Azerbaijan agrees to a temporary truce

Armenia and Azerbaijan blamed each other for shelling non-military personnel zones on Saturday morning, hours before a détente briefly ending battling about the contested Nagorno-Karabakh area came into power. 

The truce was reported by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov without further ado before 12 PM Moscow time on Friday following 11-hour talks between the two nations in the Russian capital. 

The transitory end of threats is to begin at noontime neighbourhood time (10:00 CET) on Saturday to take into consideration the trading of detainees and the recuperation of dead bodies.
